For nearly two decades, the nonprofit Nurturing Hearts has been uplifting girls ages 10 to 18 throughout Erie County, Pennsylvania, equipping them with the tools to build positive self-esteem, make healthy lifestyle choices, develop leadership skills, and resist drugs and alcohol. Through transformative workshops, prevention programs, and counseling services, the Nurturing Hearts team is shaping confident young women ready to thrive. Founder Shawnta' Pulliam Brown, BCDNM, CD, will share the origin story of Nurturing Hearts, its powerful mission, and its ongoing impact in the Erie community since 2006. *Community Conversation (Free)
