In collaboration with the Center for Health & Wellbeing, Atlantic Center for the Arts presents a gratitude workshop for the holidays. Artist and psychologist Monica Vidal will offer a creative experience using paper and colors that will guide participants towards recognizing the many acts of love that can go unnoticed in our daily lives. By acknowledging these moments, it opens the door to spot the myriad of things that offer us a feeling of gratitude. This practice has been proven to contributes to overall wellness and sense of contentment.
