Strengthening Connections, Navigating Challenges, and Building Community
Raising teen daughters can be so rewarding but also SO tough! It can feel lonely and isolating wihtout other's to share the challenges with. It truly takes a village. Come join a community of moms who understand the unique challenges and joys of raising teenage daughters and learn from Dr. Kim and other experts about different topics related to raising daughters.
What to Expect:
- Engaging Discussions: Each month, we’ll dive into topics that matter most and share experiences with each other.
- Expert Insights: Gain valuable insights and practical advice on navigating the tween, teen, and young adult transitions from Dr. Kim and other experts.
- Community Building: Connect with other moms, share experiences, and build a supportive network to help you on this journey.
- Educational Highlights: Learn about various topics relevant to the stages of your daughter's growth, including emotional wellness, navigating friendships, and preparing for independence.

Raising Daughters with Healthy Eating Habits and Body Image with guest speaker is Elizabeth Harris
Come join us for an interactive workshop designed to help you raise confident, intuitive eaters who have happy, healthy relationships with food and their bodies!
You'll learn:
- Action steps you can take to protect your kids and teens from toxic diet culture
- How to encourage kids to eat a wide variety of foods (without pressuring them)
- How to talk (and avoid talking) about food...and why your food words matter
- How to encourage movement for happy, healthy bodies
- The #1 thing you can do to help your kids have a healthy body image for life
About the presenter:
Elizabeth is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor with a master’s degree in nutrition, healthspan, and longevity. She loves helping her clients transform their relationship with food, experience body image healing, and focus on prioritizing their whole health with flexible, enjoyable nutrition and self-care strategies they not only can but want to stick with.
