Welcome to the most amazing massage you will receive!! This is NOT a class, it is a massage session!
Nurturing Dance Massage- Lomi Lomi
Taking long slow oceanic movements down the whole length of your body. . .allowing your body to relax, breathe in and let go. . ..the long flow of the motion put you in a meditative space of presence!
This work is a flowing, therapeutic type of massage designed to release muscle tension, relax the body and mind, take you on a journey and have you feel nurtured, connected, and held. The body and mind just takes a vacation into the soft rhythms of rocking, soothing movements, holding and stillness!
If you choose, I do energy work, which releases blocks, balances the energy centers, have you feel more energized, and relaxed. In my enery work sessions I work intuitively as a guide or channel to support you in your life.
This work combines Lomi Lomi Massage, my own work & a flowing dance like movement as I move around your body!

I mix Lomi Lomi, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Energy Work with gentle stretches (Thai) and energy work into the massage as well.
I use heated massage oil, low lighting, soft music to relax your mind and body, while you are on the heated massage table.
My sessions are 1.5 or 2 hours. If you want a deep energy/channeling session with bodywork I recommend 2 hours.
When: Monday-Friday 10am-9pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm, We can choose a day that is best for both of us.
Where: In a private studio in Escondido
