Come along with your bestie, sister, mum or simple on your own for a truly indulgent afternoon of self care.

You will be treated to a sound bath and meditation, as well as gentle breathwork and a safe space to share (if you so wish to).

Please bring along a mat, pillow, blanket to make you feel comfortable and ready to fully sink into this experience.
