Nurture Your Nature Retreat

As women, we’ve been conditioned by a world that often asks us to shrink, while others rise. We’ve inherited the belief that our power is something to dim, that our dreams should stay tucked away in journals rather than manifested in the world. Many of us have forgotten that the sacred feminine and masculine energies flow through us all, guiding us from within.

We’ve welcomed relationships that no longer serve us—romantic, platonic, or otherwise. We’ve heard the voices that told us we were “too much,” and in moments of doubt, allowed those shadows to settle in. In doing so, we’ve become disconnected from the divine intuitive essence that’s been inside of us all along.

It’s no wonder that we’ve felt out of alignment, as if despite all our efforts, something wasn’t clicking, and our goals remained just out of reach. What we’ve been missing is that spark—the ignition of our true feminine fire.

Over three days, you will embark on a transformative journey, filled with practices that invite you to soften into your feminine nature, cultivate meaningful relationships, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Together, we’ll explore the divine nature of feminine power, pleasure, play, and presence.

• Grand Rising Cacao & Intention Ceremony with Joy Mitchell of The Crystal Den: Begin your day with a heart-opening ritual, setting intentions that align with your divine essence.
• Yoga Rising Practice with Kristen Schade of Soul Shine Wellness and Yoga: Flow gently into the day with restorative practices that connect body and soul.
• An Evening Breathwork Session: A transformative session to help you release tension, renew your energy, and connect deeply with your body, mind, emotional self, and spirit in the present moment.
• Renew Your Relationship with Nature: We will immerse ourselves in the nurturing embrace of Mother Nature, discovering new ways to connect with her as she serves as a beautiful vessel for our connections with ourselves and one another.
• Soul-Nourishing Connection: Experience heartfelt moments of sharing, play, and building deep sisterhood bonds.
