Charlotte is a UK pharmacist, registered AfN nutritionist ,functional medicine practitioner and founder of REMEDY & YOU Ltd and creator of The Regrow Method
She holds an MSc in Nutritional Medicine and is a passionate advocate of food and lifestyle medicine. Following an NHS career spanning 25 years, Charlotte now works privately supporting women struggling with hair loss linked to hormones, metabolic problems, gut and immune health and cancer.
She confesses to being a gut microbiome geek and loves to educate, inspire and empower.
Charlotte has helped hundreds of women to identify and address the real causes of their health issues. She offers one-on-one client support via her online clinic and holds partnerships with businesses, registered trichologists and hair loss clinics.
She is a member of a number of societies including The Royal Pharmaceutical Society, The Association for Nutrition and the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Jo is a qualified Naturopathic Health Coach with a passion for educating and advising on how to achieve and maintain optimal wellbeing. Jo trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine after battling chronic fatigue syndrome for nearly a decade. It was her own journey back to full health and vitality that led her to seek out the answers as to why so many of us are suffering chronic disease, obesity and mental health issues.
Always keen to use evidence based strategies, Jo has lifted many out of health conditions that may have seemed incurable and/or just part of getting older. She works on the premise that food is medicine and teaches her clients how to eat and adopt lifestyle habits for better health now to help them live better, for longer.
