Starting with an opening meditation with Lesley, this creative day of self-nurture is designed to soothe and relax you. A demonstration of Spirit Art by inspirational artiste Diane Wright will follow.
During the day, Diane will facilitate a practical and fun art based session to help connect you with your guides, 'putting pen to paper' and unlocking your creativity.
The day will continue with a deeply relaxing immersive Sound Bath and guided meditation & visualisation facilitated by Lesley Curtis and end with a channelled message from your Guides.
No art skills are required and all materials will be provided.
Bring a yoga mat and water, sleeping bag or recliner with pillows, cushions and blankets to allow you to drift off in maximum comfort.
Cost is £40 and must be pre-booked and paid for in advance.
