PRE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT Deeply seated in the ancient teachings of yoga we will explore the mind-body connection using mindfulness, meditation, and movement. Our deep connection to the five elements of nature and our senses helps us build up our immunity to burn out and restore balance within our lives. Learn new ways to get unstuck, quiet your inner critic, and turn up the volume of your inner wisdom. No prior yoga experience required. Please bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, two blankets or towels, and a strap, scarf, or belt.
