Disconnect and reset your body, mind and spirit in the beautiful space Songbird Lane provides us to be. Located on 35 private acres with walking trails, a nice creek, and space to be. The retreat includes a hot mineral soak in the Old Roman Bath House,a private vibrational sound therapy session,group breathwork and sound meditations, intention setting, creating a mantra and ode to self, pickleball,gentle yoga and morning well being practice opportunities, fire pit drum circle, porch and creek time to reflect/relax, and healthy meals/snacks. Break the habit of attachment to media/technology, increase productivity, improve sleep, deepen your connection with self, and practice present moment awareness.

Itinerary~ times will be flexible

Day 1

• 3-5 pm check in-explore the property-chill
• 5:30 Meet and greet
• 6:30 dinner
• 8:30 ish Sound Bath and intention setting ~ Release and relax with the sacred frequencies of sound waves combined with breathwork.

Day 2

• Wake up am Coffee/tea
• 7:30ish am - Bamboo and You gentle yoga by the creek
• 8:30 Breakfast
• 9:30-11 Mantra for well being, Ode to self
• 11-3~ Private vibrational sound therapy sessions
• 1:00 lunch
• 2ish Pickleball
• 5 Roman Bath
• 7 ish dinner
• After dinner Fire pit drum circle

Day 3

• Wake up am Coffee/tea
• 8-8:15 15 minute morning routine for self care
• 8:30-8:45 15 minute morning routine for self care
• 9 am breakfast
• 9:30-3 ~ Private vibrational sound therapy sessions, pickleball, ode to self, porch or creek time
• 1ish lunch
• 3 pm Overnight oats workshop
• 4 ish soak and float in the creek
• 6:30 ish dinner
• After dinner fire and drums, sound bath under the stars

Day 4

• Wake up am Coffee/tea
• 8:30 Breakfast and closing circle
• 10am check out departure

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Lodging with bedding and towels, Meals- 3 breakfasts/ 2 lunch/ 3 dinners/healthy snacks-water is available on site, Hot Mineral Bath, Private Vibrational Sound Healing session and sound bath meditations, Gentle yoga and guided breathwork, Mantra/Ode Workshop, pickleball, strategies for nurturing self care, drum circle, privacy of 35 acres.
