What to Expect
This immersive experience combines the grounding practice of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of singing bowls and the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy. As you surrender into each posture, carefully selected essential oils will enhance relaxation, while the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments guide you into a state of deep rest and renewal.
