About this Event
The class will run about 1.5-2 hours and will cover everything the student needs to know about maintaining a GLUTEN FREE wild sourdough starter in Arizona along with a brief introduction to the world of sourdough in the desert. The class will include a ready to use organic, gluten free sourdough starter, fresh organic gluten free sourdough loaf, mason jars, cloth covers, instruction and full recipe guide with folder.
This class will be held on the Botanica Patio at The Farm. Enter The Farm from 32nd Street and follow the lane west until you reach the parking area at the end of the lane. Park here and enter through the arch marked "quiessence", botanica is located just through this archway.
Please dress warm as the class will be held outdoors. Heaters will be provided.
