Join me for an intimate evening of deep relaxation and restoration to nurture and nourish your soul. The evening will begin with a guided relaxation meditation and group energy healing.
We will gently move into a beautifully nourishing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, rattles and drums to name but a few of the stunning instruments in your journey.

✨ please arrive 10 minutes before the event begins to settle in, doors will be closed at 7.00pm No late entry once the event commences. ✨

✨✨✨Please bring cushion/blanket/pillow for your own comfort (yoga mats and futons are available to use) journal and pen.
The following people should consult their doctor before the first use of sound healing:
• People with carotid stenosis, cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias, stents, shunts or a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
• People with epilepsy or with recent head injuries
• Pregnant women (Please Note: not suitable for those in their first trimester)
• People with PTSD, bipolar or any serious mental health conditions.

Note: Please be aware that by purchasing tickets to any of our digital events, workshops, or retreats, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions
• For regular monthly events, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or requests for a credit to an alternate date. (Cancellation fees apply)
• In case of cancellation or ‘no show’ within 24hrs no refund or credit will be issued.
• No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased for one-off special events. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
