You will be encouraged to release what no longer serves your highest good, and to set loving new intentions for yourself as you emerge into this season of renewed energy and growth. This promises to be a deeply nourishing and nurturing afternoon retreat where you can relax into a guided meditation, complete with Reiki Healing Energy and Sacred Sound. Please wear comfortable clothes preferably layers to allow for changes in temperature and bring a yoga mat or thick blanket to lie down, pillow and blanket to cover you if you wish.
