Reclaim Your Mental Space: Breaking the Overthinking & Rumination Cycle
Do you ever feel like your mind won’t slow down—replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or looping through “what ifs” long after the moment has passed?
Overthinking and rumination can quietly drain your energy, cloud your clarity, and keep you stuck in patterns that feel impossible to break. This workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe, and gently reclaim the mental space you’ve been craving.
Reclaim Your Mental Space is the first workshop in an intentional series designed to help you understand why your mind spirals—and, more importantly, how to step out of the cycle with practical, compassionate tools that actually work in real life.
In this guided, supportive experience, you’ll learn how overthinking forms, what keeps rumination alive, and how to interrupt these patterns without forcing positivity or “shutting down” your thoughts. Together, we’ll explore simple practices to quiet mental noise, regulate your nervous system, and create room for clearer thinking and emotional ease.
This is not therapy—and it’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about learning how to work with your mind instead of feeling controlled by it.
You’ll walk away with:
A clear understanding of the overthinking and rumination cycle
Practical tools to interrupt spirals when they begin
Gentle techniques to calm your mind and body in the moment
Increased clarity, self-trust, and mental spaciousness
A sense of relief knowing you’re not alone in this experience
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and better equipped to meet your thoughts with awareness instead of overwhelm.
Come as you are. Bring your busy mind. Leave with space to breathe.

LJ the Coach: LJ is a life coach and workshop facilitator with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and over three years of experience helping people move through imposter syndrome, self-doubt, overthinking, burnout, and feeling stuck. With a background in mental health and hands-on coaching, LJ bridges psychology, nervous system education, and real-life application without toxic positivity, shame, or vague motivational advice.
What sets LJ apart is her approach. She doesn't treat confidence as a mindset, procrastination as laziness, or perfectionism as a personal flaw. Instead, she helps people understand these patterns as protective strategies rooted in safety, belonging, and survival and then teaches practical ways to gently disrupt them. Expect clarity, compassion, humor, and honesty.
