We are delighted to be able to re-offer this opportunity for learning and networking at Birmingham Children's Hospital. We welcome Gareth Jones from NHS (England) and Jan Sutherland-Oakes, Director of Care at Claire House Children's Hospice as our keynote speakers. The afternoon will be devoted to presentations from a number of teams around the country on their models of care for facilitating 24/7 end of life care in a setting of the family's choice from neonates to young adults.
