Join UNT Special Collections to celebrate the landmark acquisition of Liber Chronicarum, commonly referred to as the Nuremberg Chronicle. Printed in Nuremberg by Anton Koberger in 1493, the Nuremberg Chronicle is one of the most important German incunables and the most extensively illustrated book of the 15th century. Celebrate the acquisition with the libraries by attending this fun come and go event where you can view the Nuremberg Chronical in person and enjoy light refreshments. Guests will have an opportunity to learn more about the Nuremberg Chronicle and early printing history as you create their own custom keepsake using stamps recreated from actual woodcut illustrations in the book!
This event will be held on the first floor in Willis Library and is open to the public!
