Meet PJ and George, our two retired racehorses, and of course, their friends.
Enjoy a light lunch for just $40, and get the chance to meet our wonderful therapy herd, which includes two retired gallopers who enjoy a life of care, love and as much freedom as we can offer them.
This social event is the perfect opportunity to connect with these gentle souls in a nurturing environment, and learn about who and their mates truly are.

MEET PJ ~ aka LIGHT OF FORTUNE
Turning 24 in 2025, PJ raced as a youngster. He only had a few starts before proving he was not quick enough (came virtually last in all!), and retired before the age of 4 years old. No horse of any breed is mature until they are 6 years old.
His racing name, Light Of Fortune, aligns with his energy abilities. He's been known to stand over a Reiki table for quite some time! He's an interesting character and we look forward to you meeting him.
MEET GEORGE aka GANAMAC

George had a long racing career, continuing until he was 8 years old. He spent 2 years in a paddock before joining me as a 10 year old. At that stage he was still a fire breathing dragon (I learnt that many trainers wouldn't take horses by his sire due to their personalities!) George transformed into the most amazing therapy horse and has spent the last decade offering many people the opportunity to experience love, calm and support. He turns 25yo in 2025.
