Nude Yoga Class at Tha Nude Guru Yoga

Join us once per month at Tha Nude Guru Yoga & Tantra for a transformative Gently Heated Nude Yoga class, taught by our creator Jennifer Bridwell.

Here at Tha Nude Guru Tantra & Yoga, we believe that the human body is a vehicle to the divine. For many individuals the thought of their body without clothing is something they fear and avoid looking at and coming to peace with. We have been taught to believe that our bodies are something impure and shameful. The practice of Tantra does not truly begin until one has first learned to love and accept their body with out judgement and shame. Once per month, we offer a Co-Ed Nude Yoga Class available to those practitioners wanting to deepen their spiritual practice and come to accept and love their own body. In our private, group classes will learn to slowly embrace the beauty and power of the human body.

Please arrive 15-20 mins prior to class time to fill out a waiver and go over class etiquette and expectations. Please wear comfortable clothing that can be easily removed. All participants are expected to participate in the nude to respect the flow of the class environment.
