Please message Elena Leeds or Niki Schrift via Messenger for an extension ASAP if you are unable to meet this deadline (or email [email protected], but FB Messenger is faster). Registration will be first come first serve (feel free to fill out team reg forms early / as you decide pairings and submit school reg later by the deadline).

Schedule
We will run ahead of schedule if possible. If a round can start earlier than listed on the schedule (particularly round 1), it will.
GA will be located in Churchill 101 on Friday and Saturday. On Friday, GA does not open until 5:05 pm (after round 1 begins), so please go to Curry Student Center for check in and pre-round announcements.

Friday:
Check-in: 2:45 - 3:45 in Curry Student Center 435 (this is a hard deadline, if you are not checked in by 3:45 at the LATEST, you will not be paired into round 1).
You CANNOT sit in the check in room during the check in period, but the following rooms in Curry Student Center are reserved to sit in before announcements and round 1: 336, 344, 433
Announcements / Equity: Curry Student Center 433 and 435

Dinner: 5:30-6:30 (Churchill 101)
Round 2: 6:30-8:00

Saturday:

Round 4: 9:00-10:30
Round 5: 10:30-12:00
Lunch/break announcement: 12:00-1:00

Tab Room
Our Tab Directors will be Elena Leeds and Niki Schrift, and our Tab Assistant will be Jarrett Lobb. Our TO will be Maddie Watson. Tab scratches can be justified to the Tab Directors, TO, or Equity Officers. (Tab Assistants CANNOT accept scratches).
This tournament is closed speaks/ranks, open (required) disclosure of Win/Loss. Tab Policy will be posted the week of the tournament. We take leaks seriously - if we discover a judge leaking speaks to teams, we will take punitive action against the school(s) in question at the discretion of the Tab Directors, likely in the form of monetary fines.
β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Finance
Please pay us. If you owe us any money from last year and the debt isn’t settled, you will not be able to participate in the tournament. We are very serious about this policy - for outstanding debt, either contact Jarrett Lobb via Messenger or email [email protected].
Reg will be $150/team. We are happy to accommodate breaks to our best ability if you need them, but please request them early. Any questions about fees should go to Jarrett Lobb or [email protected].
β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Judges
We require (n-1)/2 judges per school, rounded up, with a penalty of $70 per judge you fail to bring. We reserve the right to break up teams and if we are short on judges and your school is below the judging requirement.
If your school breaks, we will assume your school’s judges are available for outrounds. If this is not the case, you MUST let us know. Any judge who is paired in and does not show up will incur a $60 fine for their school.
β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”
Housing
We can offer limited crash housing to teams - please request early and sparingly! Additionally, if you are a Boston school, please let us know if you’re able to handle any overflow crash. The form for housing requests is linked here and at the bottom of the school reg form. If you have any questions, please reach out to Pakhi Chamaria.
Housing registration is due Sunday, November 2nd. 11:59 pm at the latest

We will be providing dinner on Friday night, breakfast and coffee on Saturday morning, and lunch on Saturday. Let us know about any dietary restrictions in your registration, and we will be sure to accommodate you. All meals will be served in GA (Churchill 101).

Getting to Northeastern
Transit: Northeastern is accessible via the MBTA green (E) and orange line. If taking the green line, get on the right line please (there are 4 green line branches, take the E towards Heath Street), and get off at Northeastern. If taking the orange line, the Ruggles stop is also on campus. Additionally, the 39 bus has multiple stops on Northeastern campus, and the 1 bus stops about a 10 minute walk from GA at Huntington/Mass Ave.
Parking: Driving in Boston is irritating and difficult, but now that you’ve been warned…parking is available in the Westland Park garage, though it is quite expensive. You cannot park in Renaissance Park. There is some street parking near NU that is oftentimes hard to get, but it does exist. Spothero/individual parking spot services may serve useful, as well as park and rides on the MBTA. Please message Elena Leeds if you need more information on this.

Our equity officers are Tosca Neumann and Oscar Cloutier Potter. Equity policy and contact information will be posted by the EOs closer to the tournament.
