Date: Friday March 13th motorcade to Roswell
Destination : Roswell, Capitan, Ruidoso, Cloudcroft, Carlsbad NEW MEXICO
We are going to start off outside of Roswell for open camping under the stars. Maybe we can see a UFO! Bring your telescopes!
From Roswell we are riding a high desert run around Capitan Wilderness, before we stop in town to see the historical gravesite for Smokey The Bear. Then to Fort Stanton and into the Lincoln National forest working our way down to Cloudcroft. Eventually making our way through the Guadalupe Rim to Carlsbad
There are 3 legs of this trip, all beginner friendly*, so you can do as much or as little as you want with the time you have. We will be crossing paved roads almost every day so getting back to civilization will be easy
