Overview.Join us to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of National Space Society (NSS) DC Chapter with colleagues, dinner/potluck, & memories.We are celebrating NSS DC 40th Anniversary at the Lyon Village Community House (LVCH) in Arlington VA with light catering, drinks, and potluck style dinner.
Registration.NSS Members and speakers are encouraged to register soon as well as general public. Formal attire and holiday/space attire are encouraged and +1s are welcome to join. Limited seats available so we encourage you to buy ticket sooner rather than later.We encourage you to bring a dish/food to share with others at Potluck.Heated food may be provided at event.
Early Bird Ticket $20: until November 29
Regular Ticket $30: Nov 29 -December 13
Transportation/Parking. Off-street parking is available and also in the in the parking lot.There is additional street parking on 20th St and Highland St. The LVCH is a 10-minute walk from the Clarendon Metro station on the Orange/Silver lines. Metrobus 3Y and ART Bus 55 stop right out front on Langston Blvd (Lee Hwy).
Donations are encouraged to fund $600.00 + $200.00 (catering fee) + AV Rental equipment for 40th Anniversary Costs and to support NSS DC Chapter, a member-bsed nonprofit US organization.
