Your Steering Committee is excited to have two internationally renowned Key Note Speakers:

GREGOR JEFFREY- The Founder and CEO of Interpersonal Intelligence Institute, Mr. Jeffrey, based in Mexico City, has developed a science based approach to making leadership communications effective and will focus on utilizing those skills to effectively communicate the criticality of health & safety to your organization. He started his career in Canada's defence sector and Silicon Valley and is the recipient of the TEC Canada Speaker of the Year Award- his 98.6% rating is the highest speaker score ever received.

DAVID BURNHAM- the CEO of CAVU International, a safety, leadership and consulting company based in Virginia Beach, VA.. Mr. Burnham will share with us leadership skills in high performance/reliabiility organizations tailored from his background working with world class oil and gas exploration and drilling companies and large project construction. Noteworthy is his US Navy combat experience as a naval aviator, including a stint as Weapons & Tactical Leadership Instructor at "Top Gun"- remember Tom Cruise!

Your Steering Committee is confident that this Conference will benefit all Signatories in enhancing long-term health and safety and strongly encourage as many Senior Leaders as possible to attend.

As a reminder, each Signatory has committed to make every effort to have their Senior Leaders register and attend the Annual Conference. Registration costs are based on the number of employees in Nova Scotia and range from $300- $1100 and covers two attendees.
