Culturally Responsive Leadership in Nova Scotia’s Early Learning and Child Care Settings is a 3-hour module developed to align with the revised Capable, Confident, and Curious: Nova Scotia’s Early Learning Curriculum Framework (NSELCF). This professional learning module has been designed to empower directors, assistant directors, pedagogical leaders, inclusion coordinators, and educators in coaching and leadership roles to support others in implementing culturally responsive practice.
