This little weekend Retreat will be infused with ‘Creative Mindfulness in Motion” helping you to "Find your Flow" You do not have to be at any certain level of Yoga or Surfing as there will also be alternatives provided to help us all go with our own flow yet share in the group energy.
For many feeling connected to our own unique flow can feel illusive or like it comes and goes in waves.
We will be using nature as our guide over the weekend both land and sea to develop inner stillness, steadiness and support.
Together we will find out own unique flow and work on some fun ways (while hopefully catching some fun waves) to transform friction into freedom - in both body and mind.
There will be time for both inner stillness & introspection and also the powerful insights gained together from community connection.
Music Mindfulness Surf & Dance can all be Metaphors for Life and learning how to be "in flow"
Together we create space to tune into your own eb and flow and learn to go with it rather than against it. That means everything that is on offer is encouraged to be adapted to how ever you feel moment to moment so that you honour your best teacher (your own experience!) Our Mindfulness Mentorship is there to help you create the space and offer tools for you to listen to your own intuitive guidance, uncover blocks that may stop you from following your own wisdom and learn from each other.
Supporting each others process is a powerful thing !
Our Mini Surf-Scapes only happen once or twice a year so make sure you book in early!! We limit the numbers to ensure quality over quantity .
