This class provides a thorough introduction to: the role of Range Safety Officers (RSOs) including;
- Range Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Range Safety Briefings
- Range inspections and rules
- Emergency procedures
- How to clear firearm stoppages and correct malfunctions
*Minimum age for an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer is 21 years old
NO FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION ARE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM. THIS INCLUDES CCW and LEO. NO EXCEPTIONS! Leave your firearm and ammunition secured in your locked vehicle.
FYI - California law requires you to transport your firearm in a locked case.
