About this Event

Exhibit at NPOC (Nursing Practice Oversight Course) on April 3, 2024, in Orlando Florida at the Hilton Orlando. This is the second-year vendors are invited to display their cutting-edge technologies and services to a group of approximately 300 attendees that have the opportunity to visit and engage with the vendors in the exhibit hall. Call for technologies include Simulation and Virtual Reality technologies, AI technologies, pre-hospital prolonged field care, enroute care, patient tracking and in hospital technologies. Any new technologies that improve performance, patient outcomes, and training. The course serves as USAF Nurse Corps officer, enlisted and civilian nursing leadership’s annual professional development course. The course is critical to educating and training our Total Nursing Force (TNF) leaders to serve in the Chief Nurse or Enlisted Senior Nursing Functional role in the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS). This is the single opportunity in the coming year for TNF interaction, learning and direct leadership interaction between the Chief, Nurse Corps, 4N Career Field Manager, Nurse Corps Director, FOA leadership, MAJCOM Chief Nurses and 4N Functional Managers, nursing services’ leaders of the three AF Medical Wings, 75 medical treatment facilities, and AF Guard and Reserve. Deadline to sign up is March 22, 2024.

Vendors set up times are April 3 from 7 am to 10 am.

Exhibit hall is open from 10 am to 5:30 pm

Vendors tear down times are from 5:30 pm to 7 pm

Vendors must present not less than $2,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage commercial liability insurance at least 30 days prior to the event. A-R HHC Orlando Convention Hotel, LLC d/b/a Hilton Orlando must be named on the certificate of insurance as additionally insured.

Each vendor space includes one 6' X 18" table with cover and two chairs, 8' X 8' area.

Sponsors receive the following:
