Upon notification of a safety issue, we will seek further information from the relevant parties through an investigation.

Our priority is generally to prioritize attendees from more vulnerable or frequently marginalized groups.

While we approach each situation without assumptions and aim to give everyone an opportunity to share their perspective, safety considerations based on documented precedent will be given precedence.

Some of our primary safety focuses include:

  • Guarantee our events are LGBTQ-safe
  • Make women & anyone presenting feminine feel safe and welcome.
  • Support any kind of cultural minority that generally gets taken advantage of in these settings.

We ask that you:

  • Understand that you may be captured in photos or videos throughout our events for promotional or simply hobby purposes.
  • Avoid taking pictures of people eating, resting, overly drunk, or in any kind of compromised situation without their permission and visual agreement that you are recording or taking their picture. We understand accidents can happen on this front, but please be careful.
  • If anyone looks uncomfortable being recorded, or visibly doesn't want you to, we ask you do not record them directly, and avoid posting anything including them.
  • We ask that you remove upon request the inclusion of anyone in your videos or photos. If anyone, for any reason, does not want to be included in your footage/photos, they need to be removed. This is also our policy for our own recordings and photos.
