Nowt Without Artists celebrates creativity in all its forms, and what’s more punk than a punk band? Two punk bands of course!
Bard Company bring their firebrand folk-punk anthems, sharp wit, and big harmonies, forged in collaboration with John Kettle of Merry Hell. Their three voices come together with raw energy and biting social commentary, blending tradition with attitude.
Sharing the bill are Vicious Bishop, celebrating the release of their debut full-length album Raining Guillotines releasing the very same day. With roots in punk, ska punk, and punky reggae, the Lancaster/Morecambe trio channel the spirit of The Clash, Stiff Little Fingers, and Rancid, delivering high-octane songs that mix hooks, heart, and humour. Expect a set packed with fresh material straight off the record. You've got a few hours to learn the lyrics to shout back.
In keeping with punk mentality and doing things differently, this Nowt Without Artists is also FREE entry (Ticket Required)! Saving you money to spend over the bar instead.
