2 Fridays in september I invite you to experiment the state of flow and fluid qualities of the body.19:15-20:15 NOWBODY: meditation in movement
This is a movement journey inspired by the practice of Illan Riviere (studied in his online teacher training+individual sessions). It is a meditation in movement inspired by nature elements and inviting you to enter the state of flow with ease and grace. You move, music and my voice gently guide you, no fixed sequence, no choreography, just imagination, inspiration and flow. Closing circle, grounding and integration.
20:30-21:30 WAVES & SPIRALS: fluid movement playground
In this fluid movement playground we will mostly be busy with
---Wave motion, spirals and fluid spine
---Interpenetrated creativity
---Instant composition
---Integration of body and mind in movement
---Body awareness informed by trance states
We will come back to the universal motifs of continuous wave motion, ripples, undulations, spirals, circulations, tides. I will propose movement and voice scores to deepen this connection and explore how water moves in our bodies, in the oceans, in the sky, in cosmos.
The lab will reach its climax by co-creating collecting creative field, diving into instant composition.
Let`s play with waves and spirals!
