- Asana (physical yoga practice) classes for all levels, led by our highly-trained, fun-loving teachers in a variety of styles;
- Daily Morning Practices, including an introduction to the powerful work of Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation, followed by the delight of homemade chai tea & fresh fruit;
- Delicious, hearty farm-to-table vegetarian meals, served fresh all weekend by our dedicated Kitchen Team.
- Optional cedar Sauna session (weather dependent)
- Lose yourself in the magic of our forest trails, walking next to our clear-running stream, and stop for a rest at Hanuman Grove. Or, simply choose a book from our extensive collection, and relax with a cup of tea in our beautiful library.
