Experience sacred movement and sound as yoga flows into a healing sound bath, guiding you into deep connection and awareness all while overlooking gorgous downtown Golden from the front room if The Golden Hotel
We will embark on a 55 minute yoga flow followed by a 20 minute sound bath expereience.
Please bring a mat, water, and any yoga and sound bath props you enjoy using: small pillow, blanket, eye cover, yoga block/strap etc.
