Grab your hiking boots! 🥾Join us on Saturday, November 1st at 9:00 AM for our November Wellness Walk at Bee Tree Park in Oakville. We’ll be doing the Bee Tree Lake Loop — a beautiful, peaceful trail surrounded by nature. 🌲
📍 Location: Bee Tree Park, 2701 Finestown Ave, St. Louis, MO 63129
🚗 Parking: We’ll meet near the main lot by the lake area (look for the cones 🚧🚧 so you can easily find us!).
🕘 Arrive by: 9:00 AM
🚶♀️ Hike starts: 9:30 AM sharp
🌿 Trail Details:
• Gravel path with wooded areas 🌳
• A few light inclines ⛰️
• Narrow trail sections (wear comfy shoes!) or hiking boots 🥾
This will be a slower-paced, mindful hike — perfect for grounding, connecting, and soaking in the fall scenery. 🍂
