A lovely trail along the Erskine river, starting in the Lorne township, heading all the way to the stunning Erskine falls and back down to the town to finish (out & back).
It is a 15 km circuit walk, taking approx 4-5 hours and does include some river crossings. However, unless there's been a big rain event, at that time of year, the water levels are pretty low and the crossings aren't too hard. This walk is a bit more steneous, with many grade 5 sections, so consider your fitness levels and skills when deciding if it's for you.
We'll meet at the Lorne supermarket (near the river, opposite the caravan park). Make sure you update your attendance in the group so that we know who is joining us and can coordinate with you regarding the meeting point before the walk in the morning.
Given the location and time of year, we might also do a post-walk swim at the beach 🏖
