This class begins with a talk on ingredients, flavor wheels and the chemistry of tea, followed by a hands-on experience as you create, taste and take home your own custom tea blend!
Our November workshop will have a particular focus on teas to go with foods. Think of your favorite dish or dessert and craft the perfect tea to pair!
