Join us for the final sound bath of 2025 at The Pilates Centre. Over an hour of deep rest designed to help you ground, soften, and come home to yourself before the end-of-year whirlwind begins.
Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and gentle percussion, you’ll be guided into a state of calm where your nervous system can settle and your whole being can exhale.
Whether you've joined us before or you're brand new to sound healing, this session is a welcoming space to simply lie down, let go, and receive. We’d love to see you there.
Come as you are. Just wear something cosy and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. we recommend a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask.
✨ A cup of ritual cacao, a gentle plant medicine known for its heart-opening qualities will be available to help you drop even deeper into stillness and connection. If you would prefer not to have one, just opt out when you book your ticket.

Unfortunately, sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions consult a healthcare professional before attending.
