"As November settles in with its misty mornings and longer nights, come and be cradled by the nourishing vibrations of a Celestial Sounds bath. This is a month of slowing down and turning inward, and the tones of crystal bowls, gongs, harp and gentle chimes create a sanctuary for deep rest and reflection. Surrounded by autumn’s fading colours and the quiet approach of winter, allow yourself to release the busyness of the year and reconnect with a calm, steady rhythm within.” Join us at Amersham Band Hall Sunday 16th . Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
