Hi!!We will be back at M-Shed M-shed museum, they kindly will host us, so for those who will sketch inside the museum, please check all the rules set by the venue, so we can enjoy ourselves respectfully so can continue visiting museums in the future. Thank you!!
Meeting point: M-Shed Museum main door (by the Harbourside). Free entrance, donations to the M-Shed very welcome.
Time: 11:30 am. Please, arrive on time, as we need to wait to enter the museum together.
Once inside:
Please SPREAD EVENLY throughout the galleries.
At busy times visitor, assistants may ask you to wait outside until there is space to enter the galleries. Please, be respectful.
Be aware that objects and paintings should not be touched unless stated otherwise.
Please also RESPECT the needs of OTHER museum VISITORS.
Photography for personal use is permitted throughout the museum except for some temporary exhibitions (no tripods).
Sketching in the galleries is encouraged but with DRY MATERIALS ONLY. Only clipboards with SOFT, ROUNDED EDGES are permitted in the galleries.
Eating and drinking are only permitted in the designated areas.
Please, FOLLOW the ASSISTANT'S INSTRUCTIONS.
It's a great opportunity for us and them, it would be a shame to miss these kinds of places in the future. They are sheltered inspirational places with so many options to sketch. Please be mindful that these venues take time and effort to make them possible.
