Join us at the North Park Lodge overlooking the Beverly Nature Preserve for a transformative, self-care experience that unites the soothing energies of Reiki with the resonant healing vibrations of a Sound Bath; the combination designed to promote relaxation & balance. In this nurturing session, gentle Reiki techniques will be offered while enveloped in the calming sounds of crystal bowls, drums, and chimes.For your relaxation, zero gravity chairs, blankets, and eye covers will be provided. You're welcome to bring your own blanket, eye cover, or a pillow for extra comfort, water and an open heart to discover the power of sound and energy in a supportive community.
