About this Event
We're keeping November chill! Please join us for an intimate potluck Shabbat dinner at a community member's home. We'll provide challah and wine — please bring a dish to share.
More information:
- Service will be located in a private home (address to be sent to attendees 1-2 days before).
- The service will be quick (approx. 30 minutes), allowing you to keep your Friday night available for whatever you wish.
- This service will be FUN and kid-friendly. Kids are welcome to play or move around (childcare will not be provided so we ask parents to be responsible for their kids please!)
- You will note elements of multiple Jewish denominatiosn: reform, conservative, and orthodox.
- Come as you are (kippah or not, etc.) No need to dress up!
- You do not need to be Jewish, speak hebrew, or have ever attended a service.
- Feel free to bring friends and family (just be sure to RSVP for them).
- Please bring your own cup/kiddush cup to avoid filling landfills with tiny plastic cups. Flatware will be provided for the potluck dinner.
If you have questions about the service, or require special accomodations, please message us via Eventbrite or email us at [email protected] and we will take care of you!
