This ceremony involves meditation, chanting and song work focusing our intentions and visions for this powerful time
We will explore transformative conscious sound and sing chants and songs from various cultures and traditions.
Everything will be easily and accessibly taught by ear by a trained and experienced facilitator
It's a potent time of possibility and insight
It's a great opportunity to tune into the energies of the NEW helping us to clear and release that which we no longer need, to reach into the deeper layers of our minds and soul longings, and to create some powerful new beginnings for you for the Summer.
We will be in the space of the Paraparaumu Memorial Hall meeting room which is a good sized room with good acoustics.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushions and blankets for the sound healing along with an eye mask if you have one and a bottle of water. I have some props which I can support you with if necessary.
Please also bring a journal and a pen or writing implement, And you might like to bring a crystal or something special for the altar which you will take home with you after.
The last section of the workshop is a focus and dedicated sound bath which will bring balance and deep relaxation into a sense of stillness and peace.
The conscious use of the voice, singing together and sound healing all have many significant benefits which are evidenced by science and can affect us positively on the physical mental emotional energetic and spiritual levels.
