Welcome to our monthly healing Sound Bath Experience.This session will be held overlooking the beautiful waters of the basin in our relaxing Meditation studio in St Georges Basin.
You will arrive into stillness, using the amazing breath & gentle grounding techniques with Treebeat our medicine drum.
You will then float into your own ocean of relaxation where you’ll be comforted by the wonderful sounds of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi wind chimes, gong vibrations n sound and whatever else whispers to be heard & felt.
The cost is $30 for the hour😊
You can bring your own mat, cushion & blanket or use ours, we do have everything here for total comfort 😁
