We have an incredible Mom's Night Out for this month! We will offer a beginner friendly yoga class followed by a reflection time, journaling and mini massages! We'll have tea and appetizers during the event. Please bring a yoga mat, water, pen & pad and wear comfortable clothes. Cost is $5 and please RSVP so we can have enough supplies for everyone!
