Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday 17th November 2025 at 6.30pm in the New Farm Library meeting room. October's theme is "Mystery/Thriller/Dystopia" showcasing a range of books featuring queer protagonists in a range of different situations including a long unsolved mystery, a cliff-hanging thriller (literally)!, and an out-of-this-world experience. The recommended books from the reading list are:
‘Knife River: A Novel’ by Justine Champine, 2024. 364pp.
‘HappyHead’ by Josh Silver, 2023. 264pp.
‘Girl Falling’ by Hayley Scrivenor, 2024. 272pp.
The second half of the meeting if time permits is a general discussion about any other book recommendations, TV/ films/ streaming, or events of interest to the Queer community.
