🩷🩵💜 Mindfulness Meet UpAfter hearing from you all it seems an evening is preferable so I have shifted this group to a Monday evening as a test run. We can look at future dates when we are together 🙂
This is a three part session which involves a relaxing sensory activity, creating a fidget/sensory tool and meditation 🧘🏻♂️🙏🧘🏼♀️
It costs £10 a session which is paid on the day. The price includes all required materials and light refreshments
