Mi Tri-Share is a statewide employee recruitment and retention program to support employers and their employees with work-life-balance issues related to child care expenses. MI Tri-Share partners with employers to pay for 1/3 of the cost of their employees child care costs, while the employer pays 1/3 and the State of Michigan pays the remaining 1/3.
If you attend this session, you will:
Understand the current landscape of childcare in the Great Lakes Bay Region
Understand the State of Michigan's Tri-Share program and how it can help employers with retention
Walk away with resources and contacts of people in our community who can help you and employees navigate early education, childcare and resources
