In this heartfelt presentation, Debbie invites participants to reflect on the power of gratitude in shaping our stories—even in the chapters that challenged or tried to break us. She shares how her personal journey through struggle led her to write children’s books that now help young readers embrace mindfulness, self-love, and resilience.
Debbie will also highlight her work with Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels, where her stories are shared with young warriors battling childhood cancer and their families to bring comfort and hope during incredibly challenging times. Through personal stories, practical gratitude practices, and interactive moments, Debbie shows how gratitude transforms pain into purpose.
Participants will leave inspired to honor their own story, equipped with simple tools to cultivate gratitude, and encouraged to use their experiences to bring light to others.
Debbie Chamberlain is a former educator of nearly 20 years, a certified mindfulness, brain health, and yoga instructor, and the author of multiple children’s books that inspire gratitude, kindness, and resilience. After facing her own journey with debilitating anxiety and depression, Debbie discovered strength through gratitude and creativity. Today, she shares her passion for mindfulness and storytelling with schools, families, and organizations—including Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels, where her books are shared with children battling cancer and their families as part of the Comfy Cozy Care Packs program.
