🎶Join Aimee Arendsee and Eric Bishop of Indivara Sound and Healing Arts on a celestial cosmic sound journey to help in the reduction of stress, anxiety and depression while balancing the chakras to create emotional and mental equilibrium. Experience deep relaxation into the theta meditation state enhanced by multiple planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls and pyramids, koshi chimes, ocean and frame drums, bells and more to facilitate vibrational balance. Studies reveal that sound healing can assist with stimulating and balancing the immune, glandular and nervous systems. 🌲Amazing Sound bath experiences are unravelling at the Tukwila Community Center! We create a healing space rich in frequency, holding our intentions close and feeling gratitude for what is to come. Arrive early and walk the grounds outside, becoming grounded in the grass next to the Duwamish river. We love this location and chose it because of the epic acoustics and the sacred grounds. We are building community together. Come join us!🌲
