Join us on Thursday 7th November at Fairview Community Centre for a free creative session exploring our parenting anxieties and triggers. Using paints, pens and pastels we’ll be thinking about the coping strategies we can use to combat these daily challenges, as well as learning to celebrate those small moments of joy and light that help to keep us going ⭐️Come along any time between 10am and 12pm (there’s no such thing as late with us!) We always have plenty of teas, coffee, cake and fun for your little ones too. Wherever you’re at on your parenting journey, this space is for you!
*when we use the word mum, we refer to anyone who has experienced pregnancy, given birth, adopted, identifies as a mother or as a woman or non-binary carer ~ you are all very welcome in our space 🫶
If you’re worried or anxious about attending the group, please drop us a message and we can have a quick chat beforehand. We can meet you at the door on arrival and bring you into the space, to ensure you feel comfortable and safe.
