What better way to end our 2025 than to have our last regular dinner right back at the exact spot we began almost 3 years ago? For November, we will be revisiting White Rabbit in uptown Waterloo! White Rabbit restaurant and bar is home to one of the most magnificent back bars in all of Ontario. As you enter, you are greeted by an expansive and eye-catching back bar, proudly displaying an impressive array of bottles. Their food deserves as many praises as the decor does. A few members have revisited this place over the last few years and it never disappoints.
This dinner will be much different than our first dinner. They have set aside the restaurant for us. We can take a maximum of 40 people with us - no exceptions as this is their seating capacity. The region of Waterloo is not forgiving when it comes to places being over capacity.
As always, there will be a $5 (per person) fee to book a spot. This is a small promise to show so we are not booking spots another paying patron may be able to use. It is especially important when we are maxing out their seating capacity. 50% of these fees go to our server(s) as a bonus tip and the other half goes to an attendee. As this is our last official dinner for 2025 there will also be a few other things to draw for as well.
Your fees can be e-transferred to [email protected]. I will keep an eye out and shut auto deposit off if/when we get close to the 40 mark.
